Office manager/research assistant
Established entertainment industry research company.
Part-time position--20 hours per week, in person.
The responsibilities include:
--Billing/accounts receivable via QuickBooks
--Assisting staff with various tasks such as typing,
making phone calls, some online searches
--General office duties/answering phones, etc.
Qualifications:
Must uphold the strictest confidentiality of all work and company business
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks
Reliable
Good organizational skills a must
Adept at following directions
Strong attention to detail
Good oral and written communication skills
Solid working knowledge of internet databases and search methods
Salary/Benefits
$19.00 per hour
